Hei igjen snik lesere :-)

Hello again readers;-)

Okay, this week was good. The strange thing is that the weeks just goes by faster and faster. Now they are really flying past. Even though we are not that busy with lessons and such. My new companion Elder Clarke's is sooo cool. He is from New Zealand and is one month younger than me! Is almost a little strange to have a younger companion than me, since I have only had older companions. We go really good together, find a lot of fun to do and enjoy everyday, which is incredibly important. He also has a good and solid testimony that has grown throughout his life.

This weekend we had a baptism, Tony! I got to teach him from the beginning. Tony had long refused to meet with the missionaries even though his wife is a member. But finally he said it was okay. After some lessons, he was very determined that this was not for him. That night he made the decision he could not sleep. And after a long struggle with he had a very spiritual experience. He really turned around and became understood that this was all he needed in his life. Right after he told that he would get baptized, I was was told that I should move Limassol. But since it is not so far from Paphos, we travel to Paphos to be there in the baptism. Besides Tony there was also a 8 year old girl baptized. It was amazing to see one that we have helped to teach enter the water of baptism. We had the meeting at a spa hotel, where I gave a talk about the gidt of the Holy Ghost. Tony beamed, he was so happy.

Now we are trying to learn a song in Tagalog (Filipino). For there are a lot of Filipinos here, so I thought that if we can at least sing a song in Tagalog, it would be popular. Some of the Philippine members teaches us this song. We also have plans to learn a Russian song from some of the Russian members we have here also during this week. I am very excited to use these songs on the street together with the one we already know from the Philippines and Russia

It's fun to see the differences between the missionaries I got to know here on my Mission. All are very different, have different backgrounds, different educations, different professions to come. Some are converts, others have worked hard to be worthy for a mission, and others have been steadfast in the gospel since childhood. Everyone has their that they are good at, and everyone is here is to do the Lord's work. We know the gospel is true, we know it brings people great blessings. We see the blessings clearly every day.

Am I more spiritual now? Oh yes... Seems it's still hard to understand the spirit all the time though. But as Elder Bednar said, "you have two long years to learn the language." And he's not talking about the Greek language. He is talking about the language of the Holy Ghost.
